Your 6-digit Lorry Receipt (LR) or Goods Receipt (GR) number is printed at the top-right corner of your physical booking invoice and is also sent via SMS/WhatsApp upon dispatch.

Our telematics system records updates whenever the vehicle crosses major toll plazas, state border checkposts, and when it arrives at regional transshipment hubs.

03 What if tracking is not updating?
