Terms & Conditions

Quotations provided by Movelixx Packers and Movers are based upon the item list, floor access, and vehicle requirements declared during physical or video survey. Any major additions to the inventory or unforeseen hoisting through balconies on move day will be billed at standard itemized incremental rates.

Our standardized payment schedule is as follows:

• Booking Advance: 10% to 20% upon reservation to block container space and packing crew.
• Loading / Dispatch Stage: 80% upon completion of packing and loading into the closed container vehicle.
• Delivery & Handover: Remaining balance prior to doorstep unloading and final unpacking.
• All payments must be made strictly through authorized company bank accounts or official UPI channels.

For highway safety and statutory legal compliance, the following items are strictly prohibited from being packed or transported:

• Cash, gold jewelry, valuable legal deeds, property certificates, and bearer bonds (must be personally carried by client).
• Explosives, firearms, fireworks, and ammunition.
• Flammable liquids, LPG gas cylinders (must be completely empty & certified), kerosene, and acids.
• Perishable food items, plants, and pets.

Comprehensive transit insurance coverage is optional but strongly recommended. Insurance risk cover is underwritten by authorized national general insurance firms. Claims for accidental road transit damage must be recorded on the delivery LR copy and reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Moves can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours advance notification. In the event of full cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a nominal mobilization fee may apply to cover crew dispatch costs.

Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
